breath of the heart
100 hour certified pranayama Teacher Training
Become a Yoga leader in breath & pranayama practices
More and more people are waking up to the incredible power of the breath. This course will give you the education, tools and teaching confidence required to make you a leader in the move away from asana focussed Yoga.
You will learn how to confidently, respectfully, inclusively and authentically share this powerful practice, with understanding of the rich and colourful Philosophy that underpins it.
Breath of the Heart (both) 100 brings focus to the embodiment & empowerment of each unique individual, ensuring that we are each part of a healing legacy, for the benefit of all.
This course brings focus to honouring the true history of Yoga; challenging the hypocricies & “norms” of Yoga in the West. Creating space to be in the discomfort of Cultural Appropriation, colonialism and the toxicity of the Wellness Industry, as well as taking an honest look at privilege, service, integrity & responsibility within the Spiritual Path.
Breath of the Heart is delivered via zoom, with recordings conveniently available to catch up in your own time. Everyone is welcome to join - you don’t need to already be a Yoga Teacher.
Our next course will run February -June 2026.
