Join us for a deeply nourishing breath workshop with purpose, where every single breath you take supports a powerful cause.
These special sessions are offered with 100% of proceeds donated to the Bob Brown Foundation, helping protect the ancient and irreplaceable Takayna forest — one of the world’s last great wild places, currently under threat from mining giant MMG.
Through guided breath practices, you’ll be gently led to deepen your relationship with your breath, calm and regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of grounded presence. This is a practice of both inner and outer care — supporting your own wellbeing while contributing directly to the preservation of old-growth rainforest, fragile ecosystems, and future generations.
In February, Uma and her son will be taking part in Takayna 2026, running 22km through the forest to raise awareness and much-needed funds for the Bob Brown Foundation’s vital work. These workshops are in service to these fundraising efforts.
