Be a leader in Social Justice, & decolonise Yoga

Exploring the true History of Yoga means sitting with some deeply disturbing truths about the British colonisation of India, and the subsequent shadows of how Yoga was brought to the west.  From a compassionate and brave space we will thoroughly explore how we might continue to practice and share the healing practice of Yoga whilst being part of a much needed change in Global attitude.

This is a proactive step to honour Yoga's rich history, and, explore how we might share the practices with respect, in a time when they are so needed.

For BIPOC, differently abled and otherwise marginalised folks, we are always happy to support with scholarships.
