My name is Dingo Spender.

I believe there has never been a more critical time to transform old patterns into new ones, and there is no tool more powerful than your breath.

 I completed my 100 Hour teacher training in 2020 (CEAS) to be able to share with others the benefits of this ancient yoga breath technique, known as Pranayama.

As a 45-year-old father to two very active sons, I want to offer my best self to them, my friends, and my community. Over the last few years, I’ve experienced profound personal growth and physical benefit through the discipline of establishing a solid morning routine that includes: Breathwork, Journaling, Cold showers and accountability with other men.

During the first lockdowns in 2020, we started offering free short breathwork sessions on Instagram live to help our friends and community in isolation. This grew to a larger audience around the world. Over 4,000 people worldwide have now undertaken this course, and we believe that by offering fair pricing, we can continue to make this work available for those under financial strain.
